This scheme is provided by Minda Automotive Solutions Limited (MASL) for the products sold under the brand “Spark Minda” at its sole discretion with following terms & conditions:

This Scheme is valid to all retailers who are participating in MASL’s, ongoing Monsoon Wiper Dhamaka & purchased Wipers in multiples of 100 & availed the Umbrella’s through Authorised Business Partners only and shall not be applicable on purchases made from any other Store or online portals. This scheme is an additional benefit & is launched as a thanks giving for the grand success of “Wiper Dhamaka”
There will be 4 Lucky Draw’s to Retailers between 15th August to 31st August 2018 with their registered mobile numbers.
Winners will be announced through Call, SMS & email from company officials.
MASL holds no warranty and shall make no representation regarding the quality of the prizes and the winner shall not make any demand in respect of make, variation in sizes or otherwise the physical features in respect of price that is claimed. No Exchange or Cash in Lieu of Gifts.
The visuals, pictures etc. shown in the cards or in any other promotional material are only indicative and may not be the actual prices.
No other person will be allowed except the winner to claim the gift.
In Holiday Trips – Only Travel & Stay charges will be borne by the company & no other charges will be reimbursed directly or indirectly.
MASL reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time and further withdraw / extend the entire scheme without prior notice to the customers.
This offer is provided by MASL at its sole discretion. Any claim/liability with respect to this Offer shall lie exclusively with MASL.
Mentioned gift value is an indicative market price, can be available in higher or lower values.
Disputes, if any, shall be referred to an arbitrator to be appointed by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time, whose decision shall be final under the said Scheme. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute under the said Scheme.
